The portfolio focuses on solutions that extend learning beyond the classroom, with a strong at-home learning and parent-engagement component.
Support is anchored in the Scale Maturity Matrix (SMM)- a practical framework to assess and strengthen readiness for scale.
The SMM helps identify the specific capabilities and constraints that matter at each stage of scale along a clear maturity spectrum, enabling support to be tailored to each organisation’s needs.
